Where do you ship?
Currently we offer shipping in Asia and North America. Simply place an order on the website and your order will be shipped and delivered to your doorstep!
We are looking to expand soon to other locations.
What are the Shipping times?
Processing Times
- Fine Art prints can take up to 15 business days
- Originals can take 2-4 weeks
Transit Times
- India- 3 to 5 Days
- INTERNATIONAL - 10 to 15 Days

How can I track my order?
The easiest way to track your order is via your tracking number which you will receive via email after the order has been dispatched.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation and invoice are delivered to your inbox automatically after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it in your primary inbox.
Can i change my shipping address?
Please notify us within 24 hours of making your purchase of any change to the address. However due to nature of how the prints are independently handled and packaged by our team, the address change cannot be guaranteed. It is best to cancel the order and place another one before the order has been dispatched from our studio.
Can I change something in my order?
Fine Art Prints: Due to the nature of our packaging process handled independently by my team, and the made-to-order nature of our prints, we are unable to make an exchange of artwork after checkout, so please be sure to choose your desired artwork with great care and love.
Originals: All original art sales are final and therefore can not be canceled or exchanged.
Can I add a request at checkout?
Many lovely collectors ask for special things at the checkout, such as signatures, extras and hand written notes from me. While this is wonderful and we would love to do so, We are simply no longer packaging prints personally in order to spend more time creating art and content for you to enjoy!
Requests will be noted, but cannot be guaranteed. This does not include requests to speed up dispatching times as we do not jump people ahead of the rest.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Fine Art Prints - Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our Fine Art Prints are made-to-order basis and is printed only when an order comes through.
Originals- Due to the high value associated with original paintings, all sales of these items are considered final, and returns are not accepted.
Gift Cards and Sale- Regrettably, we cannot process returns for sale items or gift cards.
What do I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your item has arrived in a damaged condition, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we can promptly coordinate a replacement.
We will require photographic documentation of the following:
- The external packaging
- The shipping label on the packaging
- The damage to the artwork or frame
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, RuPay Cards. American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PhonePe and Paypal.
Which currency will I be charged in?
You can view and pay in your local currency. To change your preferred currency please click on the currency change that's a popup in the bottom of the screen
Will I have to pay for taxes and duties on International shipping?
We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government
Originals and Prints
Will I get a Certificate of Authenticity?
To maintain the authenticity and value of artworks that appreciate over time, only original pieces and limited editions are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. High quality archival ink fine art prints, however, are not provided with a certificate of authenticity.
Will my prints be signed?
Fine art prints are not signed by hand, the original signature will be reproduced as part of the print. The tradition of hand-signing will exclusively continue for limited editions and original artworks, ensuring the preservation of their authenticity and value as they appreciate over time and safeguarding collectors investments.
Do you sell digital artwork files?
The high resolution print files will never be available for purchase or download.
What will be included in an Original purchase?
All Original artworks will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, an 8x10" Fine Art Print and a hand written thank you letter from me. 💖
Commissions/Customize
Can I commission or customize artwork?
Yes you can, you can contact us for commission/customize through the Customize page.
How much do you charge for commissions?
All the pricing details are available on the Customize page.
Due to the nature of the personalized artworks for a commission, the price of commissioned artworks are higher than the original paintings.
